Tony Flynn, IT Manager of ATB, quickly saw the value of customer engagement through voice to the company and wanted to improve significantly the functionality available to all businesses across the group and consolidate and simplify simultaneously.
By leveraging the native cloud-rich functionality of cloud-unified communications, he can present a business transformation to employees and significantly improve the customer and employee experience in communications/collaboration in one hit.
As one example, the businesses also required an easy way to access detailed metrics about call flows against locations to improve product delivery significantly.
“Our legacy on-premises phone systems took time and resources to manage, so moving our phone capability completely to the cloud was a natural transition to consider.
